•KEEP IT HEALTHY
If you didn’t know a poor diet can lead to an unhealthy vagina . Cleaning up your eating your eating habits is 1 thing you can. Of course your vagina wont smell like apples and berries but it should smell neutral. Eat more fruits and vegetables! Vaginal secretions are affected by how u eat! Lowers you SALT !! Also drinking more water ! It’ll flush out the toxins
– Sugar Free Greek Yogurt & Acidophilus pills
The pills are used to prevent yeast infections. The yogurt contains good bacteria and consuming it regularly has its benefits.Make sure the yogurt is natural and sugar free!Yogurt with live and active cultures. Live and active cultures — aka: probiotics — are responsible for maintaining your vagina’s slightly acidic pH levels… Like picture below..
-Checkups
Visit your gynecologist regularly. They are professionals and they can detect if anything is wrong !! The clinics also provides shots that an be taken to prevent certain vaginal diseases.
•KEEP IT CLEAN
-Ladies DON’T use no soaps or sprays with perfumes or scents ! It’s a NO NO!
I suggest soaps like
Summers Eve,Aveeno UNSCENTED AND MILD!!
– Clean the outside of your V ,the lips where there’s build up,sweat etc.DONT PUT NO SOAP INSIDE
-Clean your NAILS.Your hands are used Down there so they should be clean also
-DO NOT douche.Douching strips your vagina from its natural good bacteria
– Change your Tampon or pads frequently,keepin them too long WILL give you an infection!!
-Use condoms….. People don’t have “I GOT STD’s” written on their forehead !
– Wear cotton u underwear and not too tight.Damn let it breathe a little lol
-Wash with plenty water……ALOT
•V FITNESS
– Exercise your vagina by doing KEGELS (google,YouTube)
Kegels strengthens the muscles and keeps the tightness! You can do them laying down,sitting ! Nobody will see
You gotta do them regularly!
•KEEP IT PRETTY
-If your gonna take all your hair out you should have it done by a professional.To avoid bumps cuts everything .
– If you don’t like to shave it all,I think it should be low,trimmed. Hair locks in moisture,sweat !
